Tennessee Farmers Cooperative (TFC) proudly announces the second annual calendar contest for Tennessee FFA and 4-H members. TFC is looking for images that will be used in the 2026 calendar for Tennessee Farmers Cooperative. As our calendars go to print early, photos are due on April 30. Calendars will be available at local Co-ops in the Fall of 2025.
The contest will end on April 30, 2025.

Eligibility:
The contest is open to all current members of 4-H and FFA.
Participants must be actively enrolled in a 4-H club or FFA chapter.
Submission Guidelines:
Participants can submit up to three high-resolution photos each.
Photos must be related to agricultural or 4-H/FFA activities. Landscape images will be acceptable as well.
Submissions should be in digital format (JPEG or PNG).
Entrants should submit via https://form.jotform.com/TNFarmers/calendarcontestsubmission
Files must be 300 DPI and at least 1MB.
Please submit horizontal photos.
Theme:
The theme for the calendar is "Life on the Farm in Tennessee.”
Judging Criteria:
Entries will be judged based on creativity, relevance to the theme, composition, and overall visual appeal.
Age Categories:
Submissions will be categorized based on age:
Junior (9-13)
Intermediate (14-16)
Senior (17-18)
Submission Deadline:
The deadline for photo submissions is April 30.
Late submissions will not be considered.

Additional Prize:
All winning entries will receive a certificate of achievement.
All winners names will be put into a drawing to receive a DSLR camera at a value of $400 as well.
Winning photos will be featured prominently in the Co-op calendar for 2025 with their name, Co-op, and community listed.
Permission and Rights:
Participants must have the right to submit the photos.
By submitting, participants grant Tennessee Farmers Cooperative the non-exclusive right to use the photos in the calendar and for promotional purposes.
Winning entrants also agree to sign a waiver to allow Tennessee Farmers Cooperative and its affiliates to use their photos, free of charge, for any and all printing and promotional purposes.
Winners Announcement:
Winners will be notified via email by May 23. A press release with winning information will be posted on the website and shared on social media.
Calendar Production:
Tennessee Farmers Cooperative will have the exclusive right to produce and distribute the calendar.
Disqualification:
Entries that do not comply with the rules will be disqualified. – Tennessee Farmers Cooperative has the right to disqualify any participant for inappropriate content or violation of copyright.
