Ag Leadership
Developing a new generation of agriculture leaders for lifelong success.
The TFC Foundation actively supports the development of future generations of agricultural leaders at the state level. We provide assistance for high-impact leadership programs that focus on agriculture, specifically targeting junior high and high school students. Our aim is to build a robust talent pipeline for the cooperative and agriculture industry. Currently, funding is directed towards 4-H and FFA.
Scholarships
Supporting college students studying agriculture.
The TFC Foundation supports college students with scholarships at six Tennessee universities pursuing degrees in agriculture. Annually we award $64,000 in scholarships, $2000 to each student at six universities. Students interested in scholarships should contact their college as application and award timelines vary.
